Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Human Trafficking Foundation (HTF) is recruiting for the position of Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next chapter, building on the success of our outgoing Director, Robyn Phillips. This is an opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership to a small, highly effective charity, stewarding its unique role as a trusted, impartial convener across the anti-slavery sector. The CEO will work with the board of trustees and a small staff team and consultants, to ensure HTF delivers impact through coordination, learning, and evidence-led system change, while maintaining strong relationships across NGOs, statutory agencies, and policymakers. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment, values collaboration, and is committed to survivor-centred, ethical practice.
