Our Values

The Human Trafficking Foundation bridges gaps between policy and practice, operating as the national infrastructure to drive systemic, survivor-centred change. We bring together statutory and non-statutory organisations working to tackle human trafficking and modern slavery, sharing knowledge to support informed and effective action. We take a proactive approach, identifying emerging trends, issues and best practice, and coordinate multi-agency partners to develop practical solutions. We equip organisations with the knowledge and tools to respond effectively to modern slavery; amplify a coordinated movement that elevates all voices equally; and inform policy and practice to drive meaningful change.

Our Values:

Unity – we lead change through inclusive collaboration, welcoming diverse perspectives and working alongside all those tackling modern slavery and human trafficking.

Learning – we learn continuously from our partners and share knowledge to bridge gaps and strengthen effective responses.

Integrity – we act ethically and impartially, building trust through openness and empathy.
