Project and Communications Assistant

 Location: Human Trafficking Foundation, Blackfriars Settlement, 1 Rushworth Street, London, SE1 0RB

Salary: £26,000- £28,000 per annum subject to legally required deductions for tax and national insurance and pensions. HTF makes a 6% of salary contribution to pensions

Hours: 35 hours per week

Circumstances:  This post is for one year and may be extended. The probation period is six months. The post requires occasional overseas travel within Europe. 

The Human Trafficking Foundation (HTF) is a small charity which leads as an effective mouthpiece for the anti- trafficking sector to communicate with policy makers and bring together the sector to learn and share best practice. We are looking to recruit a Project and Communications  Assistant to be an integral part of HTF’s work in the UK and with parliamentarian’s in Europe. The role is ideal for someone who is a natural team player who can multitask and collaborate internally and externally. Alongside this they need to be an excellent communicator, who has strong writing, verbal, diplomacy and IT skills,  and who is highly organised and able to deliver on and drive through work.
